Manual steering rack

If you have a steering rack that is no longer replaceable, we are able to repair your existing rack. Commonly, the bush is replaced, the shaft is polished, seals replaced, bearings repacked or replaced if necessary, new boots are fitted and rackends re-adjusted if it has the adjustable type.

Power steering rack

We are able to repair and overhaul your power steering rack. Typically, seals are replaced with new ones, the shaft and all seal journals are polished or rechromed where necessary, bearings are checked, repacked or replaced where necessary, new boots are fitted and the unit is tested thoroughly on our test bench to ensure that there are no leaks.
