There are a lot of vehicles on the market today with electric power steering. There are electric power steering racks of many differing designs. We have in some cases, successfully repaired these units on some vehicles. These faults are assesed on a case by case basis as this technology is still very new. Electric power steering repairs are successfully carried out in some instances.

Electrohydraulic power steering

We are able to easily repair and overhaul the hydraulic section of the electric power steering unit. In some cases, the electrical portion is repairable but it all depends on the fault.

VW Polo owners, we have successfully repaired some electrohydraulic pumps and we can certainly repair the racks.
